Dealsheet stores the addresses and numbers you enter, the resulting reports, your IP address (to limit free reports) and a browser cookie that holds your free-report count and, if you subscribe, your subscription.

The address you enter is sent to RentCast to look up the listing, value and rent estimate. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach us, and Stripe shares your email and subscription status with us. Nothing is sold or shared otherwise. Reports are reachable only through their private, unguessable link.

To have your data deleted, reply to any Stripe receipt email.
